This scale has it all. It shows how much visceral fat you have, which we all know is the bad fat around your organs. It shows how high your protein level is, how much water you have in your body. Every woman should know her bone mass. This gives you an idea of how your bone mass is doing. Body weight BMI helps to understand what needs to be done to reduce it. How much fat do you retain based on your weight? It also shows you your BMR, which is your basal metabolic rate, which is an estimate of how many calories you burn when you do nothing for 24 hours except rest. This scale is superior to anything I've tried compared to what I've had in the past. This scale gives me a lot more information so I know what I need to do to decrease my chances of heart health, staying fit, and not aging past my time limit. Staying healthy has always been my goal. But sometimes that's easier said than done. When I've been sitting idle for so long during this pandemic and not getting the exercise I so desperately wanted and needed, this scale helped me see what was happening to my body. I love this scale for what words can actually say. It's so easy to use, setting up the app on my phone was easy and when I weigh myself it gives me all the info with a chart to show my ups and downs and my numbers regarding my progress. I don't usually write about anything that much but I'm jumping for joy with this scale because it's helping me stay on track, giving me the answers I've been wondering about so I can try to stay sane . I thank whoever made this scale from the bottom of my heart. I'm really glad I found something that gives me answers and helps me stay on track.
