Review on Pelican 1075 Laptop Case Foam by Fort Steffen

If you're hesitant to buy this, don't. This case saved me over $2,000. I'm in the National Guard and bought this to keep my laptop safe and dry during drills if I need it for any reason. I left this in my Hummer last weekend when I had to go to a meeting. My team had to move some stuff into the truck to make room and I ended up putting my suitcase with my Macbook Pro on the roof and forgot about it. They had to leave in a hurry, and the suitcase flew off the roof at about 25 miles an hour, falling one after the other before finally coming to a stop. They quickly realized this and stopped collecting it. I met them a few hours later and they broke the news to me. The hull was slightly chipped but did not appear to have suffered catastrophic damage. I took out my Macbook and it booted straight from sleep with no damage. I'm actually writing this review on a laptop. So if you're looking for a bag that will keep your laptop dry and prevent it from falling off moving vehicles, these are the ones to consider.
