When I first received the product, it would disconnect from the internet from time to time. I called Netgear at the time and they said the issues I was having weren't issues, tried to blame my service provider and challenged my conclusions that the problem was with the product. Since I was also working with a new service provider, I trusted him. In hindsight it seems they were just playing a numbers game hoping the problem (and I) would just go away. Now, two months later and after the Revain return period, Netgear have finally agreed (after 3 separate calls to tech support) that the issue I'm seeing is related to this product. Basically, it disconnects every 10-20 minutes, more often with temperature changes. To return a product through Netgear's RMA process and avoid online downtime, I have to pay $29.90 to have a new product shipped to me, plus everything I need to ship the defective product to them for them to repair can receive it within 10 days. ($20?). So I lost about $50 on this useless product! I don't know who to blame but they shouldn't blame me. I've already spent 4 hours with this problem, isn't this pain enough? Suffice it to say, I WILL NEVER BUY AN ELECTRONIC PRODUCT FROM AMAZON AGAIN! It's worth the extra time you spend in a store where you can return an item for free.
