WORKS ONLY WITH WINDOWS 10

After trying several times to install drivers for this card. I even downloaded it from their homepage and still haven't installed it. After MANY emails back and forth with trial offers from the company, I declined and sent it back for another card to test. The same thing. Then I get an email from their tech support saying the card only works with Windows 10. While the description says it works with XP, Win7, 8 and 10.
