Purchased for use with Surface Pro 4 to draw in Clip Studio Paint EX. I'm used to using my Wacom Intous Pro without a screen. I have a Samsung Note that I have used for art in the past. I know that the problems are not caused by the tablet or the program I am using. It worked fine for a little over a week before failing. The stylus started to leave random marks when I aimed the stylus or moved my hand (while pointing the stylus) across the surface of the tablet. I've tried adjusting the pen settings on the tablet and also in Clip Studio Paint. He accidentally double clicked and tried to drag icons onto my desktop. It was buggy in Chrome and Explorer alike. I spent a few hours with myself and my husband researching the issue and found that this is a known issue with some of these pens, but not all. We fixed the issues as recommended by many users on the forums and websites. We removed the pin and put it back in, but it made no difference. We tried removing the battery, but that didn't fix the issue either. The problem got worse and I decided to buy another Microsoft certified pen. Luckily I had a return period for this pen. Although this is the most economical option, I do not recommend this product. So far my new pen is working great and is only $10 more.
