very satisfied so far. I work remotely, so once a week I have to pack my mobile office (laptop, cable, charger/dock, softphone, keyboard, and mouse), drive an hour to work, park on the block, and drive to the office. The laptop bag I had was fine, just a shoulder strap, but when you add a bag, lunch box, drink, phone, keys, umbrella, etc. my arms get full and my back starts to hurt. The same goes for my backpack. Step inside this little gem and it all fits with ease and headroom. The wheels roll up and down the city sidewalk perfectly and are very quiet when I'm indoors. It only rained once and the bag held up well and the contents stayed dry. I've only had it for about a week or two but I'm very happy with it and was surprised to see it's out of stock right now. I'm glad I ordered then.
