My only complaint about this system is that I wish it was possible to create groups within an account so that my clients could have a different user name than mine for creating orders, etc. When everything goes smoothly, it's very easy and quick to use. As long as you're not looking down at your screen while typing (I know it sounds silly) everything types fine! If I've left a price out in an order form or failed to select enough postage, there isn't any way for the customer to tell me until after they ship, when I try to take back what I've written. It usually turns up after many dollars worth of shipping fees! e-Courier is a reliable and robust system that has been very easy to get up and running. The customer service is exceptional and is always happy to help. As with any software, customization can sometimes be a challenge, but the team at e-Courier is always willing to help. The system is very user friendly and has been able to help our company grow.
