I like how easy it is for customers to share their contact information, as well as what they need from me when placing an order (which makes communication much easier). It's also very convenient because my customer can pick up or drop off at any time of day! The customer service is excellent, they have an amazing team of people dedicated solely towards helping our business grow through their services! Their rates are fair for what you get - I can't say enough about how great this has been so far as we've never had any issues or complaints from anyone using them even though there's almost 30k customers in just over 3 months since launch!! I love how easy it is for me as an owner, or even just someone who needs service providers in my area! It's super convenient being able to pick up/drop off items from different people around town without having too many trips back & forth. Sometimes you can't get your drivers until they're about 30 mins away so be aware of this if its early morning rush hour traffic times are terrible but otherwise great experience overall!!
