I like how easy it is for customers to share their contact information, as well as what they need from me when placing an order (which makes communication much easier).

It's also very convenient because my customer can pick up or drop off at any time of day! There are some times where there isn't enough drivers available in certain areas which causes delays; however this has not affected our business negatively so far. We use goshare since we work mostly out of state/countryside. The benefits include being able to offer services outside normal hours during non peak traffic times without having to employ additional personnel.
