My initial rating was 1.0 because the brightness of the device didn't reach 20 and it looked "washed out" compared to other OLED devices I own. However, after INNOCN's help, I was able to discover that you can't just plug USB-C power into the computer, it needs to be plugged into a USB wall outlet to get enough charge to make the right settings. Once I did that, the device sprang to life and was much more in line with my expectations. I appreciate the prompt response and help from the manufacturer, I think this could have been made a bit clearer from the start. Overall I'm happy with my purchase now.
