I am very happy with this convertible ottoman into a single bed! I've been examining chairs and stools that have been transforming for almost a year in anticipation of holiday guests coming this Christmas but don't have much space. Most convertible chairs are only 32 inches wide. A bit tight! This is a generous 37" wide and 74" long which is comfortable for my 6 foot son. The foam mattress is quite firm, which is what most in my family like. but I have decided to order a soft topper as well in case it is too firm for a guest. It opens and folds back into an ottoman very easily and has handy built-in magnets to attach the doors to the metal frame. This is a very nice block in every way! The fabric cover can also be removed for washing! Plus for easy care! I put it in my art studio for an extra overnight guest, but it would make a good spot for a studio too. It also arrived much quicker than originally stated!
