They are perfect for an anterior helix, tragus and possibly other small cartilage or even nose piercings. I wear mine on the front helix. I have sensitive ears so I have to wear gold which can be expensive. It's a great price, to be honest I was really nervous about its quality. They came in a cute box, all shiny and beautiful. They have a latch so you can tell they are safe. I've never experienced any irritation (except when I accidentally brushed it while styling my hair, oops!). As for the size, I just checked it and it fits perfectly on a #2 eraser lol. Tiny. Hope this review helps! :)
