The outer materials of this cat bed are soft and of good quality and it's actually big enough for a medium-sized cat, although it's probably too narrow for a really big cat. outside, the filling is a kind of "crackling, noisy" material that rustles under the surface of the bed and is too hard even for a very comfortable sleep for small cats. Maybe the much larger ones don't mind as they might just crush them under their weight I wonder? I was looking for a really small hooded cat bed and this one came WAY oversized although as said before at least the outer materials are nice. I had to return this cat bed because the filling is hard and "noisy" too much.
