If you need ankle support this is not the boot
I sprained both my ankles. My right ankle is in a knee high boot. I was looking for a boot that would support my ankle so I wouldn't have to wear a big boot. It has absolutely no support. Unfortunately I will be returning this item. The bottom grip and light weight are the only positive feedback I can share.
