The fit and quality of these TrueDark glasses is top notch. I have wider temples than most so it's often difficult to find glasses that fit me, but the spring loaded loops are great for a snug fit. I bought these because I thought they were extreme blue light Gamer goggles to find out they're actually meant to prepare you for sleep. It's really hard to do anything in them except lie in bed and let your brain and eyes get tired. I've hardly used them, so I can't say they're really that useful. I have bought other blue day goggles with more amber lenses and I love them so much! They come with a beautiful lens cleaning cloth and a stunning case to protect them on your commute to and from work. Say goodbye to my computer headaches and tired eyes.
