I first came across Wise Woman Balm over 20 years ago. Recently a small cut on my ankle wouldn't heal from constant pounding on it. I was glad to find Wise Woman Salve. And it worked. The only difference I can tell is that the new product doesn't contain lavender. And the only downside is that the product sits deep in the container. It's hard to get out. The original was in a smaller container, about two inches by one inch, and the ointment was more easily accessible. All you had to do was run your finger over it instead of scooping it out. Also, I'm excited to be using Wise Woman again.
