Good padding, but the main compartment is too short for my maker

I liked this bag, except for the height of the main compartment. I have a Cricut Maker and it protruded slightly and took up space on the top shelf. This makes the top layer unsuitable for vinyl rolls or anything deep. Even the placement of the cables at the top made it tight. I put the drawstrings in the front pockets but the pockets were too small. What I liked about this bag is its durability and thick padding. I would leave it if only the main compartment was taller to place the maker properly so I can use all the space the top compartment offers.
