Touch sensors not working

I've tried tapping every digit of these things and they don't do anything. Take one to listen and hold in your hand? Randomly executes one of the touch commands, e.g. B. Pause or previous track. Try to touch them on purpose and get nothing. But they sound fantastic. Battery life is good, bass is good. Touch controls not working
