I TRIED TO RAISE DOUBTS ABOUT THIS DEVICE BY WAITING A YEAR BEFORE ADDING IT. THIS DEVICE DOES NOT CREATE TRUST OUT OF THE BOX. IT'S SMALL, COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT (IT FEELS CHEAP). I RECEIVED THE DEVICE ON SEPTEMBER 1ST. NOVEMBER 11, 2020 AND IT WILL NOT WORK ON NOVEMBER 4, 2020. NONE OF THE CONTROLS ON THE REMOTE OR DEVICE WILL OPEN THE DRAWER TO LET ME REMOVE THE DISC. I FINISHED OPEN THE DRAWER THERE, USE THE SQUARE WITH THE NEEDLE SOCKS TO DESTROY THE DEVICE. I HAVE A JVC VHS/DVD COMBO PLAYER I HAVE SINCE THE MID 1990'S THAT I PAID $49.95 FOR. THIS DEVICE WORKS PERFECTLY TODAY. THE MEGATEK DEVICE PLAYED MY MULTI REGIONAL DISC AND THE PICTURE QUALITY WAS GOOD. I BELIEVE SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY IS NOT ALWAYS WORTH IT BUT IN THIS CASE MAYBE.
