This laundry cart is handy because it folds up and has nice deep pockets but that's about all I can say about it. The frame is wobbly. If you just need to roll your cart in a straight line, you won't have any problems. If you're expecting the wheels to turn, you'll be disappointed. More than once I resorted to simply dragging him down the corridor. I could pump up what I already had. I've researched online to see if I can find better wheels. Tomorrow I'm going to downtown Ace Hardware to buy some tube reel adapters and then I'm going to try to find reels with a BALL BEARING shank to replace the old reels. The only other solution I can think of if that doesn't work would be to build some sort of attachment system for the basket's legs. This would stop the basket from folding (a new word I just made up) but I'd be fine with that as, to be honest, I ALWAYS have dirty laundry. ALWAYS. But for all that, this basket, while cheap, isn't worth the money. I've spent hours trying to figure out how to get it to work properly. I've already bought $7 PVC pipe and adapters to try and hold the legs together (which I have to return because the size I got was too small) and the stem casters aren't cheap. I'm probably a bit stubborn. Most people would have already given this guy to their local thrift store to be a burden to someone else. Sigh. (Note: Really good, sturdy baskets usually have a "shelf" to hold the legs under the bags. I never realized this until I got that extra stability.) DO NOT RECOMMEND. Update: I haven't expired yet so I'm sending this laundry cart back. The wheels aren't working properly and I've spent quite a bit of time trying to fix this issue. I bought a much more expensive laundry sorter from a container store. It cost 59.99 but so far (just put it together tonight) it seems worth EVERY penny. Runs great, wheels turn perfectly. Exactly what I expected but didn't get when ordering the Whitmor. By the way, I have found that good wheels are very expensive, which is probably one of the reasons why the cart in the container shop is so expensive! The Whitmore laundry sorter is not recommended due to the poor quality wheels. 09/11/15
