Don't bite Good for mouthguard
This product is really weird. Haven't noticed any benefit yet. I don't usually bite when lifting. I try to keep my mouth open to breathe. This allows you to breathe with your mouth closed. It only takes 90 days, which I don't think makes up for the cost. I think it's more of a trick. I would not recommend it.
