I spent $22.00 on three cartridges for my HP Officejet all-in-one printer (two black and one tri-color). At first glance, the price was a bargain. I will say that they have many troubleshooting methods (obviously they have a lot of experience with these cartridges not working properly with certain brands of printers). I have an HP Officejet 6310 series. After carefully following the detailed instructions, my printer did not print anything! To make matters worse, once I sent them back for a refund, they ask for proof in the form of bad lines that may have occurred adjusting injectors, cleaning heads, etc. (WHAT?!)... I already told you about the product. is in UPS on its way back to you. THANK GOD that I am an AMAZON PRIME MEMBER and they will step in to guarantee my refund if VALUETONER refuses. Folks, I know a thing or two about printers and computers. I only hope to heaven that you do NOT expose yourself to this type of harassment without being a Prime member and without having Revain on your side. Do you keep your poorly printed pages? ...even if I didn't get far enough to get the printer to accept them for printing the bad pages lol)...well I guess the price for a bad ad is 20 bucks or so! Not to mention my precious wasted time.
