I spent $22.00 on three cartridges for my HP Officejet all-in-one printer (two black and one tri-color). At first glance, the price was a bargain. I will say that they have many troubleshooting methods (obviously they have a lot of experience with these cartridges not working properly with certain brands of printers). I chose a refund over a replacement as my business depends on my printer and I didn't want to risk another test. But I must give credit where it is due.
