I ordered the gray version first, to match my standard steering wheel. After realizing that delivery would take a few weeks due to an unfulfilled order, I asked if my order could be changed to brown instead as it was in stock and suited my locations. I was told delivery had already taken place but they would send the brown one for free. It arrived in a few days and was easy to install. It looks very good and feels good in the hand. But like many other reviewers, after a while the threads began to unravel, especially on the back, and now almost half of the stitches came out on the back. It doesn't seem to affect the fit, but it's not very attractive and quite disappointing after less than a month. I guess I can't be that crazy about the price but I was hoping for the best as this cap has exactly the look I wanted. .I would give them 5 for the service and 3 for the quality.
