I was skeptical at first as they claim they don't need rivets but after my child and cat attacked the mirrors I hung them, both mirrors are still kind of hanging . My child tries to lower the mirrors to look in (he is quite small but strong and loves to climb); My cat randomly jumps onto mirrors from whatever piece of furniture it's on, fully anticipating a Narnia / Through the Looking Glass type experience. I can confirm that these hooks really work and that a cat throwing itself into a mirror doesn't result in anything more magical than a slightly stunned cat. Much luck!
