Bought and installed on my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. Like all the other reviews, it doesn't quite fit, but I had no real problems installing it. The only change that needed to be made was to lengthen the MAP sensor wires as they are now on the rear end of the intake manifold instead of up top like the OEM. One more piece of information: The instructions included with the device refer to the f version and do not contain any torque specifications. You will need to go to the Dorman website to find the instructions page for the earlier version of rev.c or call Dorman Technical Support to inquire about these specifications. The technical support is very nice and answers your questions very quickly. I've driven it 400 miles since installing it and my check engine lights are no longer on.
