Anytime you find a great part that's better than the original for a 22 year old truck and you do well. Replacing my old discarded leaky upholstery pad was like raising the truck 2 inches and immediately installing new suspension for the entire $50 or so, a steal at twice the price! It's like a tip on fitting a new truck - all the YouTube videos show guys wrestling with the whole seat. 4 screws separate the bottom of the frame from the rest of the seat so you can easily pull the fabric over the cushion. secure it in place. Have fun
