I like that it has everything you need in one place, including templates for all of your needs! Sometimes there are bugs with certain browsers or operating systems which can make things difficult at times but overall this software does what we needed very well without too many issues (at least so far).
It's been helpful as an asset management solution within our organization - especially when working remotely where keeping track/organizing files from different locations was not always easy before using ScrptCase Pro Office Suite Software Edition v4+.

Pros

The fact they have every single thing already built into here is fantastic because sometimes other softwares require additional expensive add ons to get specific functions done right.
The interface looks great
Allows us keep organized while traveling between branches via remote access easily
