This was the first Travelon bag I have ever bought and I will never buy it again. I bought this to take on vacation to Italy because I wanted a bag that was more fashionable and affordable than other anti-theft bags. I fell in love with the bag as soon as I unpacked it! However, I waited until I traveled to use it because I don't have to worry about pickpockets in my hometown. Anyway, on my 4th day of vacation I put my glasses in my back pocket (which doesn't have a zip) for easy retrieval. When I closed it, the metal pull immediately came loose. The zipper was tight and I couldn't open it! I needed glasses and other things that were in this bag so I happened upon a leather shop and the owner helped me. She had to get needle nose pliers and use them to separate the zipper teeth. It was 98 degrees and she worked 20 minutes to open it. She didn't accept payment but I felt compelled to buy something (which I didn't need) to show my appreciation. I got back from a trip at midnight yesterday. Today I go to Amazon and find out that the last day he was eligible for a refund was yesterday! I am so disappointed! I used to always use Pac-Safe bags. Save yourself the worry/stress and buy their products. They are way better and worth the investment.
