I have had problems with neck pain, numbness and tingling in my arms and hands, and shoulder pain for the past five years. I was told that this was all due to my various neck problems. I've tried physical therapy, chiropractic, traction, epidurals, steroids, laser therapy, ibuprofen, etc. and while I get temporary relief from most of these things, the problems keep coming back. My chiropractor recently recommended this product to me because she did an x-ray and found that my neck had lost its curvature, so I decided to give it a try, although the price seemed a bit ridiculous. I've been using it 15 minutes a day for 2 months and haven't had to go to a chiropractor since. Most if not all of my symptoms have disappeared. I believe this is a solution to a structural problem (lack of proper curvature) in my neck caused by poor posture for the past 40 years. This lack of curvature is likely increasing the pressure on my spinal nerves caused by my spinal stenosis. I love that this device goes straight to the root of the problem and corrects the structural defect in my neck that is causing the inflammation, rather than just trying to reduce the inflammation that keeps coming back as long as there is a structural problem. The only thing I don't like about this product is the price. It seems a little ridiculous to charge $150 for a fiberglass frame with a small airbox and hand pump. But other than that, it was worth every penny and has actually saved me more money than I spent on it since I no longer go to a chiropractor. Its small size also makes it very convenient to use and store. the size.
