*second processing* Customer service was great, they were quick to respond to my request for a pillow and shipped it to me direct from Korea which arrived within a few days. The new pillow is a huge improvement over the old one and actually supports my pelvis. I no longer sink or hit the bottom of the chair! However, the original pillowcase is difficult to pull over the new pillow and does not fully adhere to the chair. However, the velcro sticks just enough to not move, so it still works. seat down. I contacted support to see what they can do for me. Otherwise I might need a purple pillow or something. :(Excellent chair, great value and looks snazzy.
