The grinding degree can be easily adjusted so that the coffee beans are ground to the desired size, from very fine (espresso) to coarse (French press). The straight grind conical grinder helps prevent clogging of the coffee grinder powder. The ground coffee falls directly into the grounds container. Equipment mounts can be easily swapped out to install a filter port. Very fast grinder with a powerful motor that grinds the coffee very evenly every time. Thanks to the unique straight-through design, the conical burr remains stationary while the outer burr rotates. While the Model 30 is louder than most grinders, noise isn't an issue due to the short grind time of less than 10 seconds. The grinder is very easy to disassemble for cleaning. I have found that grinding 3 scoops of fine rice really cleans the grinding mechanism. (Since fine rice is a foodstuff, you don't have to worry about the unit getting dirty.) Overall, the Sette 30 is a great grinder, an improvement over your regular grinders and on par with the more expensive ones.
