Scales of dead skin on a stranger's legs fell off this product and ended up on my table after unpacking. I'm pretty angry. Some harsh cleaning chemicals can convince me I'm fine using someone else's file. But when I buy something new, I expect to get it new. It was delivered already opened and used. The packaging was unsealed, slightly wrinkled and torn, dirty with some leftovers on both sides. The file itself had dead skin flakes between the steel and the rubberized handle/frame. It was clearly not a new device and I can't imagine how such a personal care device was accepted as a return and resold to me in the current condition. They couldn't offer me a replacement so I'm sending them back. I wonder what will happen to him when he comes back.
