I bought this speaker for my desk/laptop at home. I really liked this speaker. I watch tv/movies on my desk from my laptop and my laptop speakers suck. This speaker is great for sound but not overly impressive with an overall charge time of less than 50% volume. Considering it still works when charging via USB, my laptop only has two USB ports and they are often used with other devices so I can't always leave the speaker plugged in to charge. I also like that the control buttons are on the top of the speaker, unlike many other side speakers.
