I was a bit hesitant to buy as I don't normally wear glasses and don't have a prescription. However, most of my work is computer related and my eyes become blurry after spending several hours in front of a computer screen. I have to admit I'm very impressed with these little gems. They really work, no more stressful blurry eyes while you work. I will buy them again and recommend them to anyone who has the same problems as me.
