It was a great set! My 5.5 year old was able to assemble it with my help. It took about 30 minutes to put together, and then he and my 10-year-old daughter spent an hour playing with the set (getting the animals to "talk" and pairing it with a $5 string of battery-powered lanterns for the to decorate holidays). . I have given away battery operated tea lights and they also enjoyed lighting the barn. The animals/farmers are made from beautiful wood and the barn and fence are made from durable cardboard. I've only had it for a few weeks but so far it's holding up well. It's in the middle of the kitchen floor because my son is busy while I cook. And because I'm lazy. :) It's bigger than I thought it would be and would make an impressive gift. Reasonable price - great quality!
