Beautiful but disappointed

Beautiful Chandelier. Fan works great and great lighting for our living room area. Unfortunately, the remote part of the chandelier doesn’t function properly, crystals were missing so I had to compromise and leave gaps open. The instructions were not the proper instructions to the chandelier so we had to YouTube how to put it together. The chandelier does make noise will having the fan on due to the crystals hitting each other but it’s not really noticeable for us.
