Okay, that's an amazing thing. It has two compartments at the bottom that I put my pills in and both compartments have another double compartment that cannot be rotated out so I can separate my pills by day. This way I can sort my pills the night before into wake-up pills, breakfast pills, pre-dinner pills, etc. I move around a lot during the day and sometimes I get confused with all my pills and the compartments make it easy to keep track of. It's great, I'm happy to take the pills again! The shaker works well too, no complaints about it. I use this item every day and I recommend it.
