Tried charging. Will not work. The boiler didn't work. When I unscrewed the bottom to see underneath I noticed some sort of liquid... Felt like butter. Of course I just have to send it back and get a refund but my daughter was devastated that her Christmas present didn't work out. We had an early Christmas because my other daughter will be recovering from her brain surgery by Christmas. It was just such a disappointment. I hope we get home in time to send it back.
