Some have complained about Bluetooth not working and driver issues, but I found this card to be plug and play (no special Asus drivers required). It's basically an Intel wireless chipset for Bluetooth and WiFi transceivers, so you can just use the default drivers installed by Windows 10/Windows Update. Overall performance and range are good. However, this card is mainly intended for building a desktop computer yourself. When installed on an off-the-shelf (e.g. proprietary) desktop computer, the required USB 2.0 port may not be available on the motherboard to enable the card's Bluetooth functionality. DIY motherboards typically have 1-2 USB 2.0 ports and 1 USB 3.0 port, which means that most DIY desktop builds, especially since most modern cases only use a 3.0 port, will have at least one 2.0 port open. However, this is very often not the case with finished machines.
