Seriously, looks cool! It has really great reflectivity from afar, which is a must for any night bike ride! The images shown include an image with flash and an image without flash to show contrast. It is important to understand that this band only reflects light back directly. to the source (i.e. to the machine). If another cyclist rides without a light, this band won't light up, huh. This tape does not replace the headlight and taillight. If a cyclist steers sideways towards a fast-moving car because he is not in the area of the car headlights and does not have his own light source, he is more likely to be hit. However, there are many advantages. this band has to offer. I equipped my helmet and cycling shoes: front, back and sides. Driving down a hill, the first part of the body is shown - the head, then the headlight, and finally the legs. Right for motorcycles. When making a sharp turn on a motorcycle or bicycle, the head is the part of the body closest to the oncoming lane, and with a black helmet, the headlights may appear in your lane at night, but the head may not. Adding this tape will greatly improve the visibility of your head. Read the information before applying this tape to a motorcycle helmet, although the solvents contained in the adhesive may compromise the integrity of the helmet shell. There's a reason they tell you not to clean it with isopropyl alcohol (thinner). Don't do this unless you contact the manufacturer first. For bikes it doesn't matter as they are not designed for high speed crashes and the firmness of the foam is the same as in the outer plastic shell. In my opinion it's worth it for a bike helmet. There's no reason not to put this tape on your shoes other than it might feel sticky. I have clip on shoes that I only use for cycling, so I don't care if I taped them. However, if you often drive at night and your job doesn't require tape-free shoes, it's worth adding extra security. The benefit of having it on your shoes is that the movement of your feet will draw attention and increase the likelihood of a motorist noticing you. It's not as bright from a distance as it is from two feet away, but it's still very noticeable. . White would be the most striking color, blue is much cooler. Glue works great too! If it ever falls off, use the remaining half of the roll to put on more, no problem. Good quality. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, very little money to invest in security, excellent result and I guarantee that anyone who sees me at night will think I am the boss, during the day they are so why his stuff it covers duct tape lol. The only disappointment with this product is that I don't see how beautiful and shiny it is, only everyone else does. But then again, I can't really appreciate my hairstyle until I look in the mirror, which I have to live with ;) Anyway, I hope this helps!

Pros
  • Oralite V92 Daybright Colors Microprismatic Retroreflective Warning Tape is a prismatic reflective material in a variety of colors including red, white, blue, green, orange and gold. Photos of the V92-DB were taken with flash to show the reflectivity of the tape; Ribbon colors are much darker when a high-intensity light source (e.g., a camera flash or car headlights) is not aimed at the ribbon.
