Review on Charger CTEK MXS 5.0 white/black by Janis Libeks ᠌

Faced a problem in the summer of 2022. Two Escalades standing in the underground parking amicably refused to start. One old and more than a year stood idle, and the second year and a half, standing for a week, Having studied the issue, I ordered this charger. Got it, started with a new car, connected the terminals, plugged it into the socket, chose a car / motorcycle with the only button; agm/not agm; rec/not rec (reconditioning). (One button that boils combinations in turn). And left. It took more than a day to charge, but it didn’t come anywhere. Disconnected the battery from the car, started from the beginning. Another day, but they didn’t reach the final stage “charged”. I tried again, but to no avail. Ordered a new battery. I threw a charger on the old one. Here everything went fine without disconnecting the battery from the car. In the evening, the device showed that the battery does not hold a charge and it also had to be changed. It would seem that the story is by no means 5 stars, since the result is the same battery replacement as without this stray. But then winter came, and the battery ran down on the bike. Connected, selected, everything was charged and everything works. The bike is plugged into the outlet, no need to run, follow, recharge. The entire parking lot with wintering Maybachs, Mercs, Lexuses and BMWs is strewn with these harnesses. Everyone drove the cars and put them on CTEKs so that the batteries would not die during downtime. A worthwhile thing.
