I now realize that backlight bleeding is normal with all LCD LED monitors, but this particular one I currently have is outrageously obvious. This is SUPER annoying when watching movies or playing video games with dark scenes. Besides, He is on all four sides! Bleeding at least a millimeter thick on all sides should never happen. Although in fairness the monitor itself is pretty good. It has touchpad buttons on the side for quick access to menus with brightness, contrast and other unnecessary options. Every once in a while my buttons seem to either just die or fail because I can't use them anymore until I turn off the monitor and that shouldn't be the solution. The screen is very stylish, very handsome and neat. The thing is, if you want to play games and watch a lot of movies, I suggest buying another monitor. But if you're just looking for a larger monitor to have more workspace and surf the web, this shouldn't be a problem. I gave this monitor 3 stars due to the backlight and touch button issue, otherwise I would have given it 5.
