This transmission works well in my daughter's 2000 Subaru Legacy station wagon. Fit was good. It was available. The only downside was that there were no instructions! I couldn't find anything on Dorman's site either. Thankfully, YouTube saved the day. When installing, pay attention to the correct position of the gear levers, otherwise you will have to do it all over again. This was my experience.
