The black and silver frames were too large. The fitbit would shift all around and easily slip out and I could not get all 3 buttons to work because it was so loose. I'd worry about the device slipping out but also the buttons not working makes it unusable. I tried to see if I could squeeze the sides to make a tighter fit but that did not work. The rose gold frame was perfectly snug and all buttons worked. I have a video, you can hear the device snap into the rose gold perfectly and see it works. Its hard to capture the poor quality of the black one but I tried. No snap, lots of shift and no buttons. I am returning all of them because there is no partial return option.
