Bought this to replace some of the old cooling racks we've had for years that are wearing out and starting to fall apart. This coaster caught my attention as it fit in a baking sheet so I could bake something and I didn't have to turn it over as air could get underneath. It seems to be much more durable than previous and other refrigerated display cases I've seen and seen. The mesh has a few dents that look like someone dropped a pair of scissors into one of the squares and bent them. It doesn't sit perfectly flat, but it can either be a stand or our stand isn't flat. It doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart anytime soon.
