The integration with our ticketing system was seamless! Our team loves that it's been so easy getting started using their product and we've already seen great results in terms of converting new clients into paying customers.

I would love if they added more features like customer support, FAQs, etc. We're still working out some kinks but have no major complaints thus far and am excited about how seamlessly everything has worked from day one. We were able to get up and running very quickly without having to hire an expensive consultant (we didn't even need someone full-time).
