Very durable and easy to assemble

The name says it all. Very durable and easy to install. I chose not to use the dowels that came with the kit, but I used the screws that came with the kit and they hold up. As you can see from the photos, I have a 45lb and 30lb EZ curl bar that is held on hooks and they work great, especially with the foam padding on the hooks.
