The ease of use once you get it set up is amazing! I love being able to look at jobs that are coming down my POs list or assigned me by customer service reps with all available information right there where they can see what's been done so far in case something comes back wrong (elevator repair issues). It would be nice if we could add some sorta "tag" feature like Facebook has which helps us keep track when someone else was doing our job without having them emailing their time card info into an online account - but other than minor gripes this software rocks!! We have had great success using Mpulse as one piece of communication between multiple locations around town/countryside etc., allowing employees working together across different states & countries access from any device 24 hours 7 days day 365 weeks year round no matter how I like that it is easy to use and navigate through all of our sites and projects. It's also very user friendly! The interface could be better. There are so many things you can do with this software, but there isn't much documentation out there about how to get started or what options exist when using certain features. We have been able to track multiple jobs at once from different locations (website) and keep them organized in one place.
