Updated assessment 25.06. After receipt of the defective housing and notification to Poetic support, a replacement was sent immediately. After replacing the "bumper" part of the case, the + and - buttons actually increase and decrease the volume as they should! Thank you Poetic for supporting your product! Now going straight to the review and repeating what I posted earlier: the case adds "significant" bulk to the S5e, nearly doubling the overall weight of the device. However, the device lies comfortably in the hand and the stand serves as additional stabilization when holding the device. Everything is well installed (without my original defective housing). The screen coverage is responsive and clear, although there are glare effects that work against any anti-glare screen protector. But overall a quality case that protects your S5e investment. (Original Review: 6/20, *STANDARD*) Volume buttons do not work properly. Both + and - buttons press the volume down button on the tablet. The chassis is otherwise nice and responsive, but the inability to adjust the volume is a deal breaker. UPDATE (6/21): I received an email saying a replacement is on the way that I may have received a defective mold/thing. Wait for it to come and update accordingly. There may be a defect, so I want to make sure I'm giving an honest review.
